Fixing Technical Problems on Blackberry
In order to work properly, your Blackberry depends on your Exchange e-mail account and the Blackberry device. Because of this, occasionally the Blackberry has problems and needs to be reset.
Use the following the steps to enable your Blackberry to work properly again.
- Check to make sure you have not exceeded your Exchange account limit.
- If you are over your Exchange account limit you will not be allowed
to send or receive e-mail until you archive some of your e-mail.
- Check to see if your Blackberry's wireless mode is enabled.
- While the Blackberry is on remove the battery from the back of your Blackberry, wait 30 seconds holding the power button down, then re-insert the battery.
If these steps do not resolve your problem, call 486-HELP (4357), option 2.
