Lost or Stolen PDA/SmartPhone?

University Owned Devices

If your University owned device is lost or stolen, these step are recommended:

  1. Change your NETID password
  2. Contact Telecommunications to suspend your voice and data service.

 

Non-University Owned Devices

If your personnally owned device is lost or stolen, these step are recommended:

  1. Change your NETID password
  2. Contact your cellular provider to suspend your voice and data service.
