Supported PDA/SmartPhones

Only PDA/SmartPhones purchased through Telecommunications from the following Cellular carriers are supported by UITS. Information on these models and features can be found in the following links:

Note:
UITS will not support any PDA/SmartPhones that is used for non-UConn Exchange e-mail accounts.

If you are using a personal mobile device to connect to the UConn Exchange e-mail system, additional access expenses may occur. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred.  Check with your mobile device carrier to determine what your cellular plan covers.
